Hello everyone! Welcome to Bibliophilia Book Reviews…again. My name is Melina, and I am a bibliophile, a lover of books, a bibliophage, an ardent reader and a bibliotaph. I hoard books. I am all things biblio. In this blog, I review books of different genres including literary fiction, nonfiction, memoirs, fantasy, YA, and others. Please feel free to turn the page and look around. Hopefully, one of my reviews will help you decide to pick up a book or not. If you’re interested in a review for your published book, please click here to get on my wish list. Happy…
Hi everyone! Welcome to my book editing services page on Bibliophilia Book Reviews. Thank you to all of you who follow me here and read my reviews every month.
I opened Bibliophilia Book Reviews in 2021 because I wanted to help self-published and indie authors get their books noticed and read. And I still want to do that, but after 5 years of reviewing books and of receiving your emails asking for my help to get your books on readers TBRs, I realized that there was another way I could help authors and writers like you too.
Book editing.
To do so, I have worked hard these past few years to become a certified book editor. And in 2025, I obtained my certification by the Professional Association of Book Editors.
This is a big thing for me. Because now I can show you another project that I have been working hard on lately: “The End” Book Editors, my book editing services company that offers manuscript review, developmental editing, line and copy editing and proofreading services for you.
If you’ve completed and written the words “The End” on the final manuscript of your novel, I congratulate you. And though I know it is scary, I invite you to let readers experience what you’ve lived and feel what you’re feeling. Share your interior world with them, because readers are the only ones that come close to living other people’s lives as its possible to. And through editing, the message and meaning you’ve created from your unique human experience can be clarified to its most powerful form.
Writing is your passion, and your manuscript is more than just the physical pages in which you wrote the story you want to tell; it is hours, weeks, months, even years of hard work. It is part of who you are. I get it, I’m a writer too. But if you’ve ever asked yourself: am I good enough? Do I have what it takes to be a published author? Yes, you do.
I believe you do, because your story is worth reading too.
My endeavor is to help you reach the vision you have for your book. That is my vision too.
